Station 06 · pass at 75%
Routines
Routines are per-bot schedules: check the scale by 9, nag if missing, Sunday recomp review. Ray did not write the instructions — the agent did. You can also just ask the chat to create the trigger.

10:12 – 11:38
Morning weigh-in + Sunday review
10:12 – 11:38 · The health routines, written by the bot, running on a schedule.

26:33 – 27:18
Routines per bot, created in chat
26:33 – 27:18 · How routines interact with Grok Bots: talk it into existence.
Thesis
A taught skill that only runs when you remember is still a chore. Routines are how the staff gets a circadian rhythm.
- Sidebar computer icon → plus, or just tell the bot to create it.
- Name, what it should do, when to run. Can Slack you, touch Git, update Linear.
- Health example: 9am weigh-in check, noon recheck, Sunday review of food + numbers.
- Tied to the conversation / bot, not a global cron UI you maintain by hand.
- Triggers can also be event-like: spec update, Sentry, PagerDuty, new Linear issue.
Field work
One routine, one nag, one review
Schedule the skill from station 05. A routine without a success check is just a notification you will mute.
