Thesis
If the bot cannot stay signed in, it is a demo. The cloud computer is why Ray can say 'you're already logged into my Luma account' and walk away.
- Old world: every new agent signs into Chrome again and copies config files.
- New world: one cloud computer, credentials shared, fresh desktop per session, same cookies.
- You can still drive your own hardware — Mac Mini, DGX Spark, laptop — because general staff can SSH over Tailscale.
- The cloud box sits in a data center, so computer-use is fast even if your cafe Wi-Fi is not.
- Sensitive actions go through auto-review. Enterprise gets DLP, proxies, network controls. Still marked beta.
